Smallest XP Pro install i've ever done is 377MB, CD Image was a mere 98MB! 10 processes on boot and occupies only ~37MB RAM

Remember that you want to leave headroom for updates and what not...

That's rubbish. A standard XP Pro install without SP2 and updates takes up between 1.5Gb and 2.0GB

Nope, nothing I can find, total folders is 2.5GB, but checking disk usage shows 4.5GB.
