i use linseed (flaxseed) oil, its pretty expensive at about a tenner for 500ml (dont bother with caps get a bottle) ,its one of the best sources of omega 3 fatty acids that doesnt taste crap (it tastes like nutty extra virgin oil)
Get brown flaxseed from Holland & Barratt less than a couple of quid for half a kilo and exactly the same nutrition-wise as the golden flaxseeds that are more than double the price.
Pumpkin and sunflower seeds are cheap too.
I put all of the above in a blender and turn it into a powder which then goes in the fridge and gets added to my morning shake.
I've read that coconut oil is predominately saturated fat? Lots of MCT's which are supposedly easily used for fuel by the body. The only problem is coconut oil has mostly O10 and the best MCT's are O8, so its not that good really.
