yeah, dont try and get compensation for something so trivial. Just speak to the store manager, tell them what happened and let him/her know that if the problem is sorted within 1 week then you wont take it any further.

Oh, and point out that had an elderly person tripped over it they could have done some serious damage.

haha yeh, I think they wanted the most basic advert possible on a really low budget so I guess all their money went into hiring him, haha.
