Accountants will evaluate the business or at the least explain the type of work they offer to similar clients for free. This would give him the option of the level of help he would like from them.
They could go all out and give him all the support he could ever need, but unlikely to be offered as they will see it as wasteful expense. They are not all money grabbing otherwise they would not have many clients still in business.
