Failing that BartPE or a linux-live cd?

Parted Magic - loads of HD tools, nice GUI
Slax - small OS, good for quickly booting to copy files
Ubuntu - worth having a live CD around

I have a 16Gb USB stick that boost several ISO's and has a partition full of windows apps, and another one that has every windows ISO (XP through to 8) and all the updates for them all via Offline updater.
