Same as above Billion 7800n as the VPN server works like a charm. Meandu have you ever had issues browsing the web once connected to the billion VPN? I know there was an issue when the dns settings would not be passed to the client machine

I have one setup on my old home network so I can get to my esx host and to my servers for labs and for my plex server to stream back films over the internet to where I'm living at the mo without opening ports

Yes I have that issue but only use it to access things within my network so never bothered to find a fix for it.

When you create the VPN connection on your windows machine to your VPN server, go in to connection prorties and disable "use default gateway on remote network"

This should solve your browsing issues when you are connected to your vpn

I've been meaning to post a thread on this actually, as I'm going to be needing a UK vpn soon.

Which router would people recommend? Though having said that I've no idea what the deal will be in France - I assume much like here I can ignore the ISP modem and use my own.

Thanks for that will look into it

7800N is insecure PPTP only AFAIK.

What do you mean by insecure PPTP KIA?

I have a Cisco ASA, so I have the choice of Client or Clientless connections. The client one gets used pretty frequently.

Been using PIA since last month, after using the 3 day trial on vyprvpn. I had a look around & this one seems to be the best for me.

Had no issues at all so far :)
