That's bad news, especially at this time of year. Was it a AIO or custome watercooling loop? If it's a AIO the manufacturer should cover the costs of any damaged components provided it's still under warranty.

If you have some thermal compound (I am out unfortunately), I do not mind testing for you. See my trust.

The only problem is shipping times at this time of year.

I have an Asus Z170 Pro Gamer sat in a box doing very little. That takes the i5 6600k. I live in West Yorkshire. If this is close to you come on over and test your bits.

Have you thought about taking to your local PC shop ? recon they would test it for you. Mark it in some unique way though. They would charge I bet.

Posting here as I'm not sure if you check your mails as often as here dude.

CPU and RAM received. Memory passed a full 4 pass of memtest, so your RAM has survived.

I'll find some time this weekend as test the CPU. Hopefully it's just a board you need.

Quick update, CPU is working as well. Happy days, looks like you just need a new board (and cooler!).

Memtest was with my CPU in case you were wondering about an upgrade.

I'll drop you a mail as well, let me know where you want them posting back to.
