Loving the laptop on car. Thats all we had around us when we put a h22a prelude engine in my mates civic and wired it up. Love this car mate, my dad bought a turbo about 4 yeras ago and it got nicked, found then he sold it as he lost a passion for it. rapid little things
 
MrLOL, it's a Rover T16 engine. Same engine that's in both of my cars but this one is tweaked slightly ;)

ratface, that thing in the top of the throttle body... is that your idle control? What happened to the stepper?
 
That's awesome. I've not seen a Maestro turbo since I met one near Guilford on the A3 7-8 years ago.

I had my tuned Fiesta RS Turbo at the time, and after a cloud of black soot the Maestro just took off. Awesome cars and tbh the fact it looks dated is half of it's appeal :D

Shouldn't that be why they don't make sense :p ...if you're a mechanic you want one of those brilliant cars that always go wrong so scare most people off for fear of having ot pay someone else to fix it for them.

I can hardly believe that thing makes nearly 400bhp, unbelievable ...that engine is so compact too. Looks so simple, there is so little there really other than the engine it's self (I like that).
