More oil related projects for me to sink my teeth into, my only regret is i'm out tonight, looks like i'm going to be in the corner of the room on the internet getting my news hit :p

But cheaper, more effective in cases like this and in many cases far more humane than the alternatives.

And how will the US Special Forces/SAS get to Gaddafi ?,Saddam Hussein was hard to locate when the Iraq war active when we tried to take him out.

Im sure Gaddafi will be well hidden and probably making his way out of Libya

We could have had Hussein but the yanks wanted him, and then couldn't find him for years.

French fighters have apparently already fired on a Libyan military vehicle. Arab nations are supposed to be sending jets as well

Hussein was targeted prior to the fall of Iraq. It was only after he fled that he was difficult to locate.

The legality of assassination is the issue, not the ability of a team to acquire the opportunity.

The US have a habit of assassination recently, but they have redefined it as "targeted Killing" and as they are not in armed conflict with Libya they couldn't justify it that way.
