Just reading about the Libyan airforce to see what it might have been and I saw this;

On 19 March 2011, a Libyan air force MiG-23BN was shot down over Benghazi.[29]

Although it's reference is the BBC video, which has no info on the type of jet shot down.


But comparing this MIG 23 to the photo you posted;

It does look pretty similar.

The main one went to bp-china. Not very good for America securing there oil is it. Espcially with the treatment BP received. Now if oil was the big contributor, wouldn't they of gone easy on BP.

It was about the petrodollar too.

Saddam started selling his oil in Euros which was better for him and his people but bad for America especially if it spread to other oil producers, this was quickly reversed back to the USD after the occupation. Iran recently started doing the same which is why they're now on the 'to do' list.

You think it is a conspiracy theory that Iraq was about oil?
