I think age difference needs to be considered too - 20 and 14 is bad etc.. but its exactly the worst case...

I think it would be different if genders were reversed. Regardless of the fact we like to pretend men and women are equal they're not.

20 year old man having sex with a 14 year old girl *is* worse IMO

(Its 'invasive' from the POV of the 'victim', if the girl was a virgin then it is has broken her in so to speak... might well have been a painful experience etc.. pregnancy risk...) Both ways round it is a crime and I'd agree it should be a crime but I think 20 year old girl with 14 year old boy in a situation like this is IMO a pretty minor offence as far as these sorts of offences go.

It is double standard..technically speaking. and Technically speak, she's not a paedo, i think the victim needs to be 13 or under for it to qualify.

Ah well some form of nonse/kiddie fiddler then - I'm not really that fussed by the technicallities of which exact category of sex pest she falls under and although I said 'technically' my use of the slang word 'paedo' should simply be interpreted to be nonse/kiddifiddler I wasn't specifically categorizing her as a particular type of kiddy fiddler in my use of a slang term.

Exactly, while i do sort of feel like high fiving the kid, realisticaly he was a victim of a peadophile (or whatever the right term is) and she should be treated as such.
 
I wouldn't be complaining if she was babysitting me at 14. I'd be like "Hey mom, dad, keep my pocket money and go for more nights out. I'll be fine with the babysitter ;)"

It would be all my dreams come true at 14 :)

Point taken. But it's a distinction that should be noted as the boy in question was probably pretty damn eager. I don't think she's a nonce/kiddie fiddler in the same way that paedophile is.
