Pop over to Dell outlet and have a look at some of the systems there.

Pretty much anything with a intel sandybridge cpu or even the E-450 should do it (with the right software/EI).

Personally l found a AMD c-60 would only stream Youtube HD using IE and MediaPlayer Classic for HD content on a HDD.
