Deleting myspace: problem

Okay so I hardly use my myspace profile at all anymore so the other day I decided it was time to delete it, I followed all the instructions on the site for canceling my account but when I get to the final step the message on screen says I will be sent a confirmation e-mail and I have to follow the instructions in that to cancel my account. However I never receive the e-mail, has anyone else on here tried to cancel their account and been successful? any help on this would be much appreciated, Thanks

haha yeh also pressed delete and never got an email. just delete all info on your page and put an overlay on that just reads "use facebook instead!" in massive letters.

Put a load of porn on it and report it to myspace.

Tried filling my page with porn etc, says my account got hacked, deleting it doesn't work. Face it - you're stuck with it forever!
