I have a 320GB western digital drive partitions in C: and D: drives , is it possible to delete this partition making it all C: again without losing any data on either drive ?
You didnt say how much data or free space, but you could copy/move the data off D: onto C: (if you had available space), delete D: and then extending C:.
I'm guessing you may not have the space, hence why you want to have a bigger volume?
C: is a 60gb partition with 40 free
D: is 235gb with 45 free
the reason i want to delete the partition is because the otherday i needed more free space on my C drive , so i used acronis disk manager to take some free space from D and add it to C , all that worked fine but now every time i start windows i get an error message saying "windows. the drive is not ready" and its getting on my nerves tbh
