Deleting problem.

Everytime i delete a video through windows explorer (i use windows media player) the screen goes blank/black for 1-2 seconds and then returns. This ONLY happens when i delete a video, not when i delete a file or anything else. I have windows XP pro and the system is in my sig.

Help needed please. Thanks

This thing happened to my flatmate as well, no idea how to fix it other than maybe a reinstall of XP?

I remember this happening to me, i think installing latest graphics drivers solved this or at least reinstaling graphics drivers.

Any sort of interaction with a video file in explorer does this for me, I'm sure it began after wmp11 was installed. Perhaps it's a new windows 'feature'.
