Deleting the MBR.

Is it possible to delete the master boot record from a drive, if so, how?

I've just been using my storage drive as a system disk to get some things running, and now i want to use it as a storage disk again, the MBR on the storage disk and the OS (system disk) are... caliding (sp) against each other.

Im pretty sure programs like P. Magic and ERD commander can reset/delete MBR's.
I just use a Pre-installer for these tasks

You sure it just isn't the boot.ini causing the problems as it doesn't know what one to boot from.

Edit that and it should be fine.
