Deliveroo Review Howto- help an idiot

For the life of me I cannot work out how to leave a review. My google skills have let me down and I can't see anything obvious on the app or on the website. Am I missing something really obvious?

You never said that you said Deliveroo review. What restaurant is it? and location?
