I ordered a few bits and bobs from ASOS on first class delivery,
However this is all it says when i track it and it should have came on thursday.
Do i just leave it or chase ASOS up and hopefully get what i paid for delivery back?

I don't know what courier that is (HDNL?) but that looks to me like the con has been manifested and not received (ie ASOS didn't actually despatch the goods but they were on the shipping list)

Best to contact ASOS and let them do the chasing.
 
Contact them on the normal phone number and they'll chase it. My sister works for them so you even speak to her!

I had a confirmation of despatch email, but i shall contact them now and see what happens
 
Recently bought some stuff from them and received the next day no problems, I'd chase them up. You buying in the clearance sale by any chance? ;)

Yeh lots of cheap things :D, I'm a regular customer and have ordered loads of times with no problems.
They use the home delivery network btw
 
I received an email from them last night, a non working day which was cool.
They said if it does not come by the 7th day they will refund me and it will be confirmed as lost and they are going to chase up the delivery. She didn't answer my question however about whether I get my first class postage refunded?? Surely i should
