Hi Guys,

Since when did OcuK use Dx Secure again for free Delivery?

I have just gone to order an new graphics card since I have the money and
the only free shipping I get is with Dx Secure which I refuse to use cous they
are **** from previous experience.

Why are we not allowed from shipping with DPD anymore ?

The delivery courier depends on what you order, small items they use DX, larger then they use DPD.

Hmmmmm thats pretty ****, I wont use DX Secure as I really don't like them,
as had a bad running with them last time I had an order delivered with them.

Looks like I might have to ask my local PC shop to order me the card in instead.

I hear a lot of people who have had good and bad scenarios with them, there was a thread in GD (you might of posted in there) I have not used them yet son it will be interesting to see how they perform were I live.

Is it worth giving them one more go!

It's all well and good, but every thread about DX Secure gets deleted. Around here they're not too bad apparently, but other areas had some right horror stories, that of course have been deleted.

of the 5 orders I've placed since august 3 have been via dx(sound card, sapphire 6950 toxics, crucial m4 + asrock extreme7) and 2 via royal mail(ram, the ocuk h2flo cooler which was in a padded envelope rather than a box).

of the 3 I only had problem of sort with the most recent one, I ordered the titanium fatality sound card which was ment to be delivered yesterday but the guy that was memt to be delivering it had some problem which ment it couldn't be delivered. came today instead.

when I ordered the msi twin frozer ii 5850 last Christmas got dpd as the courier formthe free delivery, guess they've changed it to dx in my area since then.
