i had ordered a chair at around 9pm on friday for saturday delivery hut never noticed the cut off times, will i get that sunday now or is there a wa to change the delivery to sunday as its still not been despatched

Well you won't get it today as nobody would have been at OCUK at 9 p.m.

Its the same price for DPD sat/sun so was hoping the order would be procossed and shipped today and arrive tomorrow but somehow i cant contact customer service either, and im not in during the week so its time to cry i suppose

That's because you missed the cut off?

As you missed the cut off for this Saturday it will come next Saturday, not Monday. If you want it asap CS will sort that out and refund the difference.
