This monitor has got me beaten.
For some odd reason, the screen is not rectangular. on the right part of the screen, the bottom of the screen slopes down into the frame, and on the top part of the screen slopes up into the frame. its only slight at both top and bottom, but together I cant help but notice it and its very distracting.
The thing is, this is my second 2209wa monitor, because the other one had the same problem, and a problem with the frame. it looked asthough it had been knocked up in someones shed. and when you watched a 16:9 movie on it, the black bars were off-parallel with the frame. the two I've seen dont seem to have been put together well at all.
Dell customer service was excellent, but I dont think I can use this monitor. going to have to call them again I suppose. Its a shame really because the colour is really good
