i have the 2001p and now this the 2405 and allso the 26inch 2600w and i prefer my 26inch dont get me wrong i think the 24inch is good but i prefer the lower res of the 26 and i like bigger text,my eyes seem to adjust better,ive just got to pickup the 37inch dell lcd on wedensday so im hoping i will keep this which means the other two the 2001p and the 2405 will be for sale,are you guys happy with your 2405,i find the white isnt that white but on my 26lcd its really got a good uniformaty of colour the 24inch just isnt that good and there is allmost like a haze over the screen like a a wafer thin film.maybe im to picky,but i suppose with having them all i can do some good tests and see which is the best for me

Perhaps we are the ones on drugs, but I must say that my 2405 looks positively orgasmic in the quality of it's image.

It's better than porn, .... that is, unless I happen to be viewing porn on it, at the time.

dont get me wrong the 2405 is good,but to my eyes the uniform of colours such as white are not even across the screen compared to the lcds,i have had every lcd and plasma there is and am just saying how i see it,will my eyes still be as good as yours if you see what i mean,ok the 1920 1200 is great but the text is very small and i dont like clear type ,each to there own but i wouldnt say the 2405 is that good maybe im just lucky that i can have any display i need

My 2405 is extremely uniform...I've messed with the factory menu, and now when there is no source the screen cycles red, green, blue, black, white; very good for testing. If your trained eyes are accurate then your 2405 is far below par.

If you've had 'every lcd and plasma there is' then you must be very wealthy. Mind listing all the screens you've owned?

sony Sony Bravia series was dissapointed in the lack of inputs
dell 2600w great display ,no backlight adjust which was the only downside
toshiba first set was faulty second one had bad buzzing which really got on my nerves

this is just a fiew,im not saying the dell 2405 is bad infact its starting to grow on me,ive changed the
the font size but the white still isnt correct,i am well to picky ,i am getting the dell 37inch today so i will see what thats like
the 2405 is better than the 2001p ive got to say that,but as i say the 24inch dell im starting to like
maybe needs a bit of use to get going
by the way i aint wealthy lol just do a lot of buying and selling so tend to test most of the new screens out
