Dell 2407 problem

My Dell 2407 on/off button on the front is stuck. Pressing it does nothing. No major ache but has anyone else had this? Worry is if any of the other buttons get stuck, e.g. the input selection button.

Don't really want to replace the monitor as it is superb, no dead pixels etc. A

I would RMA, I have two RMA replacements and they've both been pixel perfect.

Only problem is now you may get a 2407-hc in repalcement and they have ghosting issues, hmmmm difficult decision!

That's a known fault I had that with my 2405FPW call Dell and they will replace it

I'll just have to wait to get a replacement until the 2408 comes out (my 2407 is the only monitor I've got, well apart from an ancient 17" CRT that weighs a tonne). I was going to do dual 2407 set ups but got put off the HC model so when the 2408 is out, I might contact Dell about the issue. I was hoping someone new a neat little trick to get the button working again but never mind.
