Dell 2407 - Rotates?

Does the dell 2407 OcUK sells rotate to portrait?

Yep, all 2407WFP's do. They need to be raised before you can pivot tho.

Does the 2407 rotate fully 90 degrees?

My 2405 only seems to do about 85-87 degrees, and so doesn't quite sit level when in portrait mode, making it pretty much useless

Is this a problem with mine or with all the '05s?

That seems like you're either not pushing it fully into position or you have a faulty stand. The 2405 should definetly go the full 90 degrees to portrait mode, I know mine does. As does the 2407 that sits next to it

Olllllllllllllddd thread but i just got my 2007 and dont want to start a new thread. How do you set the res to run in portrait mode? Its quite hard to read sideways

Should be an option in the driver settings for rotating the screen. Will depend on which drivers though.

Is that my display driver your talking about? or is the monitor driver(everytime i turn it off i get the usb unplug sound :confused:

My drivers are crap in portrait mode, and the picture isnt as good, its quite noisy. No idea why as I thought it's just a simple resolution change. ahwell ;/
