Has anyone else had this problem? The stand is stuck on the lowest level and I just cant push it up. I have even detached it and tried to pull it but it just wont budge. I guess the little button on the back is supposed to do something? this wont depress at all. Can someone help? I dont want to RMA this for such a silly little problem!
