BeHardware are reporting that the DVI connection is HDCP certified and that the monitor, along with the 2007WFP, will be released on May 3rd

A month and a bit has never seemed so far away!!! I hope they release the final price a lot sooner, then we can all decide whether its worth waiting for or get a 2405 instead

Considering the 2405 (and that is how old?) still has an official price of over £940 in the UK, I wouldn't put too much hope on getting the new model for under £800

This is beside the fact but the 2405 in the US is at just under £460... :mad:

pricing of the 2407

It looks like the pricing will not be cheaper.The latest i heard from Dell is that the price will be allmost £25-£40 more then the 2405 now.Best go to e-bay for the best prices.Most of us now who to see on e-bay for these.The 2405by the way was released in March 2005 in the UK.I believe it was around the 16th...
