Dell 2408 Panel Type

Hello All

I am able to get this above screen at 235 brand new.

I just want to know what type of panel this has. I am after an IPS one, but on dell's site its listed as or VA?

If it not IPS i will just stick with another 2208

If you mean the 2408WFP, it is an S-PVA.

For £235, new, I'd go for it! That's about half price than most places, and while it isn't IPS, it's definitely better than the 2208's TN panel.

Sorry i meant the 2209

Its from a supplier at work.

I am not going for this now as i am getting the 2209wa with the IPS panel for 99 + vat.

Cant believe he can do it for that price, but hey as long as its new i am happy lol

Ah I see. Nice price! Didn't realise you meant the 2209wa, not 2208.
