Thanks for the info. I have just realised I have been sold a faulty monitor which was supposed to have been returned to Dell and that the warranty is not valid! I got back to the guy though and he's [hopefully] going to refund my money - yup, I've got a lot more on my mind now though..
A question regarding the 2709W - Can you use the audio sockets without using the HDMI? Might seems like a dumb question but a question none the less..
