Whenever I go to print a page I get the message in reference to the colour ink.

"Unsupported Cartridge.

Install a correct ink cartirdge"

Was fine up until Sunday and has now just decided to stop working. Tried realinging the cartridges, taking out the cartridge and back in etc but still doesn't work.

Ideas?
 
when you install the cartridge do you get a pop-up asking if it's a new cartridge, if so select No it's an old one. as some printers have a memory of the cartridges that are installed, also if select it's new wthe printer will do it's own allignment, and test page (wastes ink)
if that fails to work it could be the electrics so wipe the copper strip with your finger as that could have become blocked up, do this on the printer aswel.
failing both of those, it could be the electrics that have failed, if so it's time for a new one
 
No pop up in regards to new/old cartridge.

Tried giving the copper strip a wipe, no luck either.

Have emailed dell so will see what they say, if at all.
