Dell Dimension HDD issues

I'm trying to replace a Seagate Barracuda drive with a newer barracuda into a 4500 machine.

For some reason the bios isn't recognising it. Any suggestions?

Already tried power supplies and cable connections and the drive will work in another machine.

I know it's a Dell! It's not mine! lol

They are both 40Gb, IDE. Jumpers are set correctly too.

I'll try the bios thing when I get home. Cheers!
