Dell Server Network Teaming

We have some dell servers with dual NIC's in, I would like to use these in a team (failover pair) if possible?

We also have some Compaq Servers which I have used their nic teaming agent, so that both cards act as one, with only 1 IP address and if one card should fail the other takes over.

I want to do the same for the Dell servers.

1) is it possible with Dell?
2) Can you point me in the right direction plz

If the servers use either Intel or Broadcom network cards/chips, the software for them should have an option for teaming.
Not sure on other manufacturers though.
