Hello,
So a bit of a story first. I bought Dell XPS 13 2in1 9365, i7 8th gen laptop about 7 months ago since it was praised so much (and I can see why - minimalistic design and carbon fiber finish). But my happiness soon was over when I started having bluescreens, sound issues, etc. Anyway after multiple dell support remote troubleshoots they sent out an engineer to replace motherboard. What engineer told - shocked me. He said he is replacing motherboards for dell xps 13 2in1 multiple times everyday. Really?? And that is only 1 engineer who told me that. Regarding him due to minimal design and no fan these motherboards tend to overheat.
So I wanted to see if anyone knows more and if this issue was fixed with dell model refresh to 10th gen? Or shall I look at lenovo c940?
