Hi All,
I love my dell XPS 15 9550, it has a 512GB SSD, 16gb ram and a NVidia 960m.
Everything is fine until I play games, 1 out of 2 times it freezes whilst playing, sometimes 10 minutes into a game, sometimes 40 minutes into a game....
I check event viewer afterwards and it is always a Kernel Power problem with the Event ID 41 and task 63...
Has anyone else experienced this and HOW have you solved your problem???
I am thinking it might be a hardware problem maybe???? I read a few things about disabling mutiple audio devices and just having one running but that did not seem to do anything?
