Dell XPS 16

[Sam]

Guys

At the moment the specs of my Studio XPS are as follows -

Intel Core i7 Processor 720QM
4096 (2x2048) 1333 DDR 3
128GB Solid State
1GB ATI Radeon HD 4670

I was wondering, is it possible to upgrade the ram to 8GB (so is there 4 slots available or can you get 4GB sticks) and also is it possible to upgrade the graphics on these ??

EDIT - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-205-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1264 Would something like this be worth the upgrade ?

Many Thanks

I bought 8 GB (2x4) 1333mhz from a competitor for £82 so have a look about.

Scott was this for your Dell Studio XPS ?

No but im assuming your XPS can hold 8GB ram since it is a pretty high spec, could you tell me what model it is please??

The xps has 2 slots for ram.

I bought some from a competitor due to OCuk not having any at the time. Sadly I cant post a link

I think I ordered this: http://www.corsair.com/memory-3/industry-standard/ddr2/cm3x8gsdkit1066.html

Something like this cut the mustard ?

Pretty sure its not against the rules as its a manufacturers website ?
