Hi All,

Been lurking on the forum for a couple of weeks now, so I thought it only polite to crawl out of my burrow into the bright lights...

Firstly, I'm quite impressed with the info available on here - it's helped me spec. up my new PC. (Old one, erm, 'died' last week - Tip: Don't short out the motherboard to the case with the power still on. They don't like it!)

Secondly, the service from OCuk when I bit the bullet and placed my order, was outstanding. Placed order Monday morning, parts arrived Tuesday morning! Brilliant.

Spec:
Core2Duo E6600
Asus Commando Motherboard
2 Gb GiEL DDR2-800
WD Raptor 150 Gb SATA
8800 GTS 640Mb PCIe
AC Freezer 7 Pro
Samsung DVD/CD Burner SATA
and misc. bits from my old system

My only concern is the PSU - I'm going to reuse my existing Enermax 430W. It *should* be ok running at stock settings, but I'm not sure how it'll fare when I start overclocking...(It ran fine on the old system: Asus A7M266-D with 2 x Athlon MP 1900+'s o/c to 2099, 1Gb DDR, Ti4600 AGP, 1xIDE HDD, 1xIDE DVD, 1xSCSI HDD & 2xSCSI CDR/W).

What do you think? (I reckon I know the answer, but I have to ask...)

Is that ATX 1.3 or ATX 2.xx? If older 1.3 it will not cope, especially with the 8800 GTS :( Watts is enough (minimum for GTS is 425W) problem is Rails especially +12V :)
