I can't say that ive noticed any reduced air flow at all with the Demciflex filters, i have one on the front (210mm), one on the top of the exhaust which i don't use all of the time as i only put it on when the pc is not in use to stop dust getting in and the same on the rear exhaust.
My fans are 200mm cooler master megaflow on the front intake and top exhaust and a 140mm Phanteks for the rear exhaust, i also have a push pull Phanteks cooler with 2 x 140mm phanteks fans.
My temps seem the same both with our without the filters, i always idle at around 33 degrees, sometimes slightly less, my SSD hard drive idles at around 26 degrees and my GPU at 30 degrees.
Fan speeds on a fan controller are front 600rpm, top 600rpm, rear exhaust at 900rpm and that Phanteks 140mm fan certainly blows some warm air out.
Ive done stress temps but don't have them to hand at the min, again they are similar both with and without the filters.
