Don't get so serious about it, this is a fun exercise for a competition and it's all about effective execution and people are trying to do that.

It would seem that the best design IMO cannot now be chosen, because several people have a claim on it, in one way or another. This could get messy.

I imagine it would be up to the "Judge" to decide who should get credit for the idea.

Seems fair to me, as the designs that look like they have been copied, could win the competition for the original designer.

But at the end of the day, its going to be down to the Judge surely?

No decision has to be made.

It's clear who each idea has come from.

It also states in the rules that each entry must be original.
 
Is it actually a new design that is very similar or was it copied and then edited?

If its the last one he cant even win anyway because he doesn't have the vectors.

Im sorry mate but you totally ripped his design off. Its like stealing the design for a car but building yours with a set of different wing mirrors.

Yes it may only be a bit of fun but when theres effectively 300 odd quid riding on the end result then its not really fair if you win.

Easily sorted though isn't it? Remove the red UK, extend the original curve of the black C then play a small red 'UK' under the needle.
 
Hey all..was trying to post this yesterday but it took all day for my account to be activated. Never been on forums before but have used OcUK for a long time now so thought id give it a go :D




lol typo on 'would'..and its also transparent but the jpeg format made it go white :S

I vote for this only if the novel underneath the logo is also incorporated. :p
