hey guys i have recently made an open source (mainly linux forum so far). before i get asked, yes i am aware of the other linux forums out there and i do agree that mine is just another forum. but the intentions of my forum are clear, to make the user happy and to help when when they need it. im sick of all the other forums abusing n00bs because they can and all the arrogent people who give a bad name to the linux community. i wish for my forum to be helpful aswell as being a good community where you dont need to talk about open source or linux, you can just go there to chat with people of similar interests and have a laugh. The site will also be run by its users, in the sense that if you want something (competition, change in look or new section) we shall provide it.

now onto the art bit, as you may tell the logo is a bit generic (bashed it up in a small time frame just to have a logo short time) so i am looking for a member here who is willing to help me make one, doesnt need to be shiny, doesnt need to complex but something that has a little gloss to it and is ever so slightly unique. now will i pay for a design? yes but only a little, most of my money has gone on setting the site up.
heck if you can do it in gimp even better (only kidding)
