The wiring took a while to sort out but I only had to do that once when I got the case 2~ yrs ago

the dust though is very well controlled in this case! the top vent has been blocked by use of foam padding so dust does not enter (don't have a fan at the top) and the front vents have a very good dust filter on each bay which I clean monthly and at the end of it the dust inside the case itself is very minimal only requiring a quick brush every few months

Think this will be me done for a while now. upgraded my speakers today but needing to sort out the state of my desk I think

And yes I know I haven't quite got all the speakers linked up yet.

you shouldn't keep your sub right next to your computer. My mate had to RMA his hard drive because he kept his sub too close to his computer

When i got my z5500s the other day there was a warning on the sub saying powerful magnets keep 2ft away from other electrical equipment.

Well yes. The sub speaker will have a whopping great magnet in it which its magnetic field will no doubt affect the Hard drive in some way (data, drive motor etc.)

Remember a HDD is lots of metal discs spinning at ridiculous speeds with a metal arm flicking up and down and between each one. A massive magnet might just throw it all off balance. In theory a HDD shouldn't work with out damaging its self amazing little things.

Of course it does, I put it together.

And I've removed a shelf, so it's potentially less stable.
