Idle temps are actually ok.

The whole ground floor is under going some serious rework atm. Will have new gear so will have to tidy the room tomorrow.

Also having three dogs doesn't help with the dust and splat marks around the place.

edit ~

temps:

cpu [email protected] ghz ~ 29.5
mobo ~ 24.0

so not bad at all.

wow that's disgusting, give the place a clean already, I'm guessing you got a lot of animals with all those hairs everywhere

If you haven't got anything nice to say... listen to what the man said. If you've ever had work going on in the house you would understand that cleaning up is completely pointless as the place gets filthy within 20 minutes again anyway.

Although to be fair, that desk looks pretty retro :p

I actually wrote my post before he wrote his second post, just didnt get round to submitting it straight away, seems I was correct

yeah maybe I was a bit harsh with what I said, but I have work going on in my house atm, and I have dogs (japanese akitas), my setup dosn't look like that though :), anyway thanks for posting, they are interesting pictures

Posted in post your desk right now.

Could anyone recommend how I arrange my gear? Just got the boogie mat and iam not too sure how to have things setup now as I dont want to cut it as it only just sits on top of my monitors stands.

Ive also put my speakers behind my setup on the window sil, to allow for more desk space.

maybe you could get one of those monitor arms that attaches to the back of your desk, would give you quite a bit more desk space

google "Kensington Gas LCD Monitor Desk Arm Mount Stand VESA" for an example (will only work if your monitor has vesa compatible holes on the back though)

Yeah thought of that, might look odd with my other monitor tho. I might make some kinda of mat for my montior stand so that the boogie mat can sit flush under it.
