ah ok, don't know squat about fish tanks etc, just know the kind of draft that can come in under those types of doors (i don't have an air brick for the boiler in my garage cause of the amount of air the gets in under the door !)

Are those 400w (halide or sodium?) lamps on 24x7? Not cheap to run for sure, and how many times have you been investigated for "growing"? What with the heat and light leakage

They are halide's and yeah they aren't cheap to run, I used to have 3x400 but have recently cut down to 2 as the electric bill was killing me. Never been checked YET, for growing stuff which i find a little surprising to be honest. There is a small light creap around teh garage door and we used to get some very funny looks at night

BTW if your stuck for your next project, I think building an ultimate computer with watercooling and having the radiators passed out to the frontside of the garage.

That's what I was thinking.... The PC needs cooling and the Fish Tank needs heating, hmmm.....

Lol the mouse is very comfy once you set it up and get used to it. The haf is on another bit of wood so it can get a better airflow for my psu. Didnt like how close it was to the desk

I don't think my desk dweller would be happy if I got a fish tank to torment her with. She definitely won't be happy when I replace this desk in a couple of months.

My desk hasn't been this tidy for a long time but a couple of years use led to the screws holding the keyboard shelf in place become too loose. I had to take the desk apart to re-fit it a few days ago.
