Had a 70cm wide desk for as long as I can remember, so much nicer having a bit of space now with this desk! I have tried everything to flatten the mouse pad to no avail. :mad:

How longs the new desk? Is it an Ikea one?
I was thinking about a 200cm desk but i dunno if it will be too big lol

New desk is 150cm long, I was looking for a 200cm desk also but impulse bought this and am quite happy.

It is the ikea vika amon.

They come on special for a tenner once every so often and are amazing!

To get them flat you have to pile heavy stuff on the ends for a bit and it eventually stays down.

So I've been looking for desks for a while, really liked the IKEA Galant and Vika desks, but not quite the right size.

So I'm buying a blank door and getting some table legs and a can of spray paint. Near 2 metres long and over 75cm wide. Should be fun.

This, I did it for a couple of days an it was all good after that. Those Ikea desks are great, but they do have a tendency to bow as they aren't the strongest in the world, but for the price they're definitely worth it.
