Just found some old pictures, This was my setup back in 2005!

Id just upgraded to a Q6600 from a Core 2 Duo E6300 (Which i still have)

I was stuck between should i go Q6600 or E8400 at the time

The cable management, Wow! haha.

Got rid of my sim rig so have a much more spacious office, or at least it feels that way

I done similar last weekend. Relocated the rig to the garage (Spare room is way too warm when racing) and "re-done" the space.

Nothing too extravagant. Just the usual Ikea worktop, Alex drawers and Ikea legs. Left is my son's PC, all the other goodies are mine.

Sold it, someone made a good offer on it that meant I made money so that was that. I'd slowly grown to dislike it as a hobby anyway, I put too much emphasis on the competitive side of it rather than the joy of driving, like I used to. Getting in to iRacing was the worst thing I ever did

Funny thinking of that, I remember watching a GamerMuscle video a while back on the issues with being addicted to it.

I've "put away" for the time being (Stored away in the garage). A combination of the heat in my spare room and just not enjoying the racing as much any more.
