Photoshop that's lovely. Unfortunately you seem to have hardwood flooring which is great if the dog wee's on it but acoustically horrid. I've issues with echo so hard floor is a no go for me.

Is that a repo eames chair Photoshop or just an Ikea job?.

I'm probably going for the high back eames office chair.

Edit, nah doesn't seem like it.

I see what you've done with the doors there photoshop, although personally that would drive me insane. Clever though. :)

I Finally got my speakers ubove my screen and now looks cleaner and less cluttered.. I have 2 black external hdd enclosures hidden away that I use for my backing up. But I am going to replace them with this and it will look quite tidy with the rest of my setup and will be able to have it on show. I only need the 2bay version, but I might go for the 4bay version,,,ummm not sure..

I dont know what it is with this colour matching rubbish, but ever since I have gone from black to silver, I have been a bit obsessive with colour matching..

I had one of those Terramaster D4-300 external bays and returned it due to having loads of problems. Unless it's the D4-310 which doesn't have the same problems. In the end I returned my D4-300 for a refund and complained to terramaster.

Ah thanks for letting me know, the models are D2-310 and D4-310, that I have my eye on. Theres a few bad reviews for these aswel, but I am only using my 2 drives on single mode. So hopefully it will do that without any problems, as that's the less complicated mode.

What's the point ?

The D4-300 wiped four hard drives clean in single drive mode, then tried Raid did the same. The software provided was and is very poor Terramaster admitted to this, that's why the d4-310 and d2-310 have a switch on the drive to set them up instead of software. I complained because I lost a lot of important information, well I would have if I hadn't kept the original files just in case.

Terramaster knew about the problems and offered me compensation. They are good enclosures when they work.

was aimed at the guy who nearly lost his files.

Always do. I never trust anything so always have at least two backups of important files etc.

However Terramaster know of the problems and offered me a free F2-220 as compensation which I said thank you.

Ok I have been looking for a alternative silver HDD enclosure this afternoon and I have found the "ORICO 9548U3 4 Bay USB 3.0". There's still a few bad reviews, but its the same for all of the 2+ bay hdd enclosures though. But there's no fancy raid modes on this one, its just bog standard, sees the hdds as singles. So you would hope there wouldn't be much to go wrong with that.

Thanks very much for warning me of the Terramaster "Sheldore";)

That's what I replaced the Terramaster with, well the raid version and it works perfectly everytime. No problems at all very happy with my purchase.
