Hi guys,
I've got a rather annoying problem which started after I tried creating a web item on my desktop tonight.
As soon as I clicked apply, the desktop icons (which were down the left hand of the screen) have moved about 200 pixels inwards. When this happened, I removed the web item and clicked Apply, only to find they were still in that position.
If you drag them (or even drag files from other places onto the desktop) the icon just shows the 'not-allowed' cursor. If you right click and untick "Show Desktop Items", the wallpaper disappears and the desktop is white in colour, no matter what colour the desktop properties are set at.
I've seen this a few times before, but can't for the life of me figure out what's wrong with it.
Any ideas?
