Desktop Line-in Microphone?

I've just received my new Sennheiser 595s. I'm very impressed even on my onboard soundcard. Don't worry, my X-Fi is on its way Now all I need is a desktop microphone to go with them. I usually have a full headset for gaming, my previous set was a Raptor-Gaming Headset. Flimsily made and the wire was atrocious. It always made a beeping noise apparently for my listeners on Ventrilo etc as well with Vista. Not too sure why.

Can anyone recommend a desktop microphone to have a look for or a useful substitute for a headset mic?

I have the "Logitech desktop microphone" and that works great when i am on Teamspeak

a mic is a mic, im using a £2 clip-on mic i got from the MM, works fine just like any other mic
