desperate help needed!!!! please :)

You guys are lucky, I'm stuck (well stuck ish) at 3GHz (Q6600 G0) with a dreeded Nvidia 680i chip set. Though some peeps say i did well to get it to 3GHz.

I have heard that the 680i chipset was a bit of a beast to oc, but then again I was told to that I would have massive problems ocing a quad on a 780i board which I found to be relatively simple. Keep trying man you may just surprise yourself.:)

i found the setting to set the multi, on my board its called "ratio cmon setting"

so ive set it to 12 with an fsb of 291 which gave me 3.51...ish

i run prime 95 and i get a bsod almost straightaway, here are my settings..

VCC- 1.39375
PLL- 1.57950
VTT-1.40475
DRAM V- 1.83975
NB CORE- 1.56375
SB 1.5V CORE- 1.57950
SB 1.1V CORE- 1.15300

Any of these look strange to you or have any changes or suggestions?? am going to run the custompc benchmarks and see if that finishes.

The MF2 is a P45 board, those NB voltages are very high and almost certainly will cause you issue.. you shouldn't need more than 1.3v, 1.4v for 500FSB+

hey lads i bet your all sick of me by now lol

ive got my fsb at 266 and the multi at 12

these are my settings

vcc- 1.28125
vtt- 1.17950
nbc- 1.19275

windows boots up very fast but prime95 fails on core 3 every time!:confused:

no matter what i try it keeps failing on core 3 sometimes core 2 i just dont know what to do now!!!
