i just installed 2 1tb hard drives for extra storage and i had the grfx cards and sound card to make the job easier. well i loaded the pc up and my grfx drivers needed reinstalling xD so i reinstalled them and now no matter what i try i cant get CCC to open! even tho its running in task manager? well ive tryed everything under the sun to uninstall everything ATI wise then reinstall the drivers. well 6 hours later and im still having no luck. anyone got experience with this? know a solution or things i can try?
Thanks guys, hope some real experts can help me!

have you installed the ccc as the suite or all individial files ?
if you done it as the suite, i reccomend uninstalling ccc and and installing it as a single package

This happens to LOTS of people and is a massive headache discussed at length on the various forums. Often uninstalling CCC and then reinstalling works although as has been mentioned already, simply reinstall .NET Framework 2.0. Its easy, just download it from Microsofts website.

Be warned though, very often this is a problem which eventually fixes itself for some reason. But try installing the individual catalyst components rather than the entire suite. Before installing each item however, you must make sure you clean any old ATI drivers off your system.

well. i was up for about 80 hours trying to fix this ****** thing. my once pride and joy. lol. still no avail. even resorted to removing one card and trying everything step by step again, but nothing, still at square one! i think its time to sell up and either buy an nvidea card or a mac, not sure which is the better choice tho. both are things i would have never concidered till now.

Have you tried reinstalling windows and then reinstalling drivers etc?

If not, surely this would be the quickest way of possibly sorting things, instead of spending 80hrs doing other troubleshooting which hasn't worked.

Hmm are you sure your dual hdd confid is not the root of the problem?

I know technically, there is no issueswith dual hdd raided, but in your case, there is still a problem with the ccc, possibly some correlation there.

What I do, is just use the ATI display drivers... but if you need the ccc for anything, then I guess thats not an option for you.
