Destiny 2: PC graphics benchmark

I think an improvement like this will need frame time analysis and raw video footage, you just can't trust those numbers, best look at video footage ( next ) :p /s

LOL - Usual response to a boosting driver from the usual AMD owners when it comes to NVidia. I like seeing big improvements for both AMD and NVidia but never understand why some seem to abhor improvements for the opposite GPU manufacturer :(

Erm? What part of Well played Nvidia don't you understand? lol I think its fair to say bench results from either AMD or Nvidia in the past have always been over done. Am sure I was once told that by even yourself when AMD have release bench results..
Reason I said be interesting seeing more results..

You carry on bud. I find it amusing reading. :D :D :D

Fair one and I can see where you are coming from but I did just mean Shankly. No offence meant bud and like I say, I like to see improvements for both.

No probs mate. Yea it's good to see improvements on both sides. Keeps both sides on there toes to find more improvements. AMD won't like seeing this as Destiny 2 was one of Vega's best games in the bench charts.

Well I find you totally a smashing guy, so well played Shankly but you are very biased and only ever see good in AMD and nothing bad. See what I did there? :p

Well you hardly know me than because I have been very out spoke only recently what I dont like from AMD so keep trolling the thread Greg. More pointless posts, more pointless replays.

Indeed and spot on observation. Both pushing for the crown is where it is at and as users, we win in the end.

But I said "Well played Shankly", so surely that counteracts anything negative I said?

I think everyone agrees 50% is massive but i'd like to see a re test from some review sites to see what they get. Or someone who can test it for us from here. Not that I don't trust Nvidias own results. Wait no I don't trust their results but in this case it would be very hard to fake 50% haha.

For me everything maxed out at 4K (vsync 60fps) my 2x 1080 Ti's were running at about 80/90% load (388.13), now they are both about 65% usage with the 388.31 driver.

Awesome driver from Nvidia.

Wouldn't you want your gpus to be running at 100%? Something is off if they are not being fully utalised.

feels like 388.31 degraded performance on my 980ti compared to 388.13

cant find benchmark option in that game is there one.?
