Devices stop charging when i shut down my computer

Just fitted the MSI Z370 and for some reason my devices stop charging when i turn my computer off, anyone got any ideas?

If it’s like most other boards there is an option you need to activate in the BIOS. Also check if it is on all ports or just a select few.

any ideas where i should be looking? i tried this morning but couldn't find it

Your motherboard manual should say. You haven’t mentioned which model so I haven’t been able to google it for you.

i have got the MSI Z370 PC PRO

A quick search shows you need the Super Charger software installed, but even then, it seems to have a list of certain devices so it may not 100% work with yours.
